Therefore <br /> the City must require removal of the Deck or submission of a variance application to see if the <br /> City Council will allow it to remain. Please review the enclosed variance application and contact <br /> the Zoning Department to discuss submittals. If the deck is not removed or if a complete <br /> variance application is not received by 08/18/O1, legal action will be started.
