Brown Road Project <br /> Steps 4 plus <br /> l. Perform Phase 1 on Parcels 1, 2, and 3 individually. Analyze results with <br /> Environmentalist and determine best course of action for performing phase 2. <br /> 2. Perform a Phase 2 on Parcel 1. <br /> o Any issues found will be cleaned/corrected in accordance to the MPCA. <br /> o Once property passes MPCA inspection and they deem it has all been cleaned <br /> up properly, MPCA will sign off by issuing No Further Action, No <br /> Association Letters. <br /> o Once that has been received, Building Permit Application will be submitted to <br /> the city of Orono for the construction of the carriage house. <br /> 3. Perform a Phase 2 on Parcel 2. <br /> o Any issues found will be cleaned in accordance to the MPCA. <br /> o Once property passes MPCA inspection and they deem it's all been cleaned <br /> up properly, MPCA will sign off by issuing No Further Action, No <br /> Association Letters. <br /> o Once that has been received we will likely file those letters away until we are <br /> ready to build the Future Main Home. <br /> 4. Hold a Discussion with the City and MPCA in reference to Parcel 3. <br /> - Determine if it is best to leave the untouched parcel alone and have such parcel be left <br /> natural or if it is best to continue forward,perform a phase 2 on said parcel and clean <br /> / correct. <br /> o If it's determined to leave alone, leaving it completely untouched, we will <br /> transform it to a park like setting/ mini nature preserve,planting mosses, <br /> grasses, wildflowers, fruit trees and also cover for wildlife. I will likely hang <br /> duck houses and also place a nesting pad or two in the pond. <br /> o If it is determined that the city and MPCA would like to see the site clean. <br /> We will enroll the site into the Vic Program and or other government <br /> programs and complete cleanup to the level in which we will receive the No <br /> Association Letter and also No further Action letter from the MPCA. <br />
