BROWN ROAD PROJECT <br /> In Closing: <br /> I believe that the City of Orono would love to see the property cleaned up and that the neighbors <br /> and other residents of Orono would love to get rid of an eye sore within the community. <br /> I think it can be agreed that I have done a fair amount of cleanup already on the property and it is <br /> obvious that I would like to proceed with further cleanup and development of the property. <br /> As much as no one likes taxes, I believe there are some tax dollars here that the City of Orono <br /> would receive which could only help its overall numbers. <br /> I think the way that I have the project broken up is very desirable. It allows the project to be <br /> done in a managed format. <br /> Ultimately, I would like to create a nice estate like setting for me and my family and you can all <br /> be assured that when Beverly Smith next door passes I will attempt to purchase and clean up that <br /> property as well. <br />
