A hearing shall be held on the 2hth day of September , <br /> 1983, in the Orono Council Chambers, 1275 South Brown Road , <br /> at 7 :3fd P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at <br /> such time and place all persons owning property affected by <br /> .. the improvements will be given an opportunity to be heard <br /> with reference to such assessment. <br /> 4 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice o.f <br /> - the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once <br /> in the Minnetonka Sun newspaper at least two weeks pr ior to <br /> the hearing , which notice shall include the total cost of <br /> the improvement.
