NOia, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City �of Orono that a public hearitig shall be held on such proposed improvements on .�Monday, August 23, 1982, at 7 : 00 PM in the Orono Council �h�mbers at�- 12�5 Brown Road South, �and that the Clerk � shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and proposed improvements as required by law. Notice of the hearing� shall be divided into four parts with property owners receiving notice of only that part or parts for which their property is proposed to be assessed, as follows : " PAI'�T A. Notice of the public hearing regarding construction ' of the proposed sanitary sewer trunk line shall be given to: � , � 1) Property owners proposed to be assessed for . � � trunk sewer capacity on an a�rea basis, which property is generally indicated as being within � the "Trunk Area Assessment.
