Defined Terms. <br />E" Terms used in these Instructions to Bidders which are defined in the Standard <br />General Conditions of the Construction Contract, NSPE-ACEC Document 1910-8, CSI <br />56465 (1978 editions) have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. <br />„ The term "Successful Bidder" means the lowest, qualified, responsible S H—Per to <br />whom Owner (on the basis of Owner's evaluation as hereinafter provided) makes an <br />s• award. <br />2.
