w Ration W35 INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS 1. Defined Terms. Ul Terms used in these Instructions to Bidders which are defined in the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract, NSPE-ACEC Document 1910-6, CSI !" 56465 (1978 editions) have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. The term "Successful Bidder" means the lowest, qualified, responsible Bidder to whom Owner (on the basis of Owner's evaluation as hereinafter provided) makes an .. award. 2. Copies of Bidding Documents. '- 2.1 Complete sets of the Bidding Documents in the number and for the deposit stun, if any, stated in the Advertisement or Invitation may be obtained from Eratineer (unless another issuing office is designated in the Advertisement or rw Invitation to Bid).
