The <br />preliminary septic designs were based on a type I five bedroom home with a daily flow of 750 gallons. <br />All of the above six referenced lots are suitable fo_r a standard septic system of this size. Soil borings <br />and perc tests were complete on all the lots: · <br />Alternate septic systems h~ve also been designed to show that there is enough area on the lots to support <br />another septic system . These systems were also designed for a 5 bedroom home . <br />Certain precautions will need to be made to protect the areas in which the above referenced septic <br />systems are proposed. Both primary and alternate septic areas have been or will be staked off. It is <br />critical that the soil is not disturbed before, during, and after construction of the system. <br />If you have any questions in regards to this design, I will be happy to answer them.
