REGULAR MEETING; OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, DECEMBER 12, 1977 <br />Page 3 <br />In reviewing the proposed plat, the Commission <br />addressed the issues of concern and after much <br />discussion,recommended approval of the preliminary <br />plat subject to the following conditions,and a letter <br />from the City Engineer certifying approval of the <br />plan and assurance that th.> soil conditions of <br />each proposed lot would support a primary septic <br />system and an alternate location: <br />1. Alter lot lines between Lots 22, 23 E. 24 so all <br />three lots will meet the minimum two -acre <br />area requirement. <br />2. Relocate access road (Outlot B) approach as <br />per County Public Works Department recommendation <br />(approximately 125' east of location indicated <br />on plat submitted December 2, 1977.) <br />3. Provide 30' latitude on determination of location <br />of approach from County Road #6 (subject to <br />approval of Hennepin County Public Works Dept.). <br />4. Lot area variance of 1/10 acre approved for Lot 10 <br />if relocation of approach from County Road 06 <br />results in lot area reduction of Lot 10. <br />5. Approve substandard Outlot A subject tr assurance <br />of combination with any of adjoining properties. <br />6.
