The City wishes to <br />be objective about this experiment and to provide <br />you with sufficient opportunity to proceed in good <br />fai h. <br />Cc �s of Resolutions #823 & #830 are aqain <br />enclosed for you to execute and return to the <br />City at or before the December 12, 1977 meetinci. <br />End of lets er <br />Council fleeting - December 12, 1977 <br />Mr. Larry Hork, representing North Shore Drive <br />Marina, commented that he had been in the hospital <br />and had not been able to proceed with fulfilling <br />the agreement as originally planned. "I have <br />ordered the fencing which was delivered November 30, <br />1977. Fence posts are insta-Iled and the fence <br />should be complete -I within two we:.l:a. I have applied <br />for permits from tf , latershed District and the <br />PCA and the berminq will be completed by next spring. <br />I will comply with all the requirements as originally <br />agreed to wind will sign off on all the resolutions." <br />Ma.for Van Nest commented that when all resolutions <br />are executed and application for the 1978 marina <br />license is received, and because of lateness in <br />the year, the City would renew the agreement for <br />one year,includinq the requirement to remodel the <br />slip design removing all small slips replacing <br />thera with parallel slips as originally aqreed. <br />NORTH. Tim Adams, <br />the developer, was present. Approximately a dozen <br />neighbors attended the public hearing. <br />The Zoning Administrator presented the proposal <br />and displayed the revised plat. The plat consisted <br />of 24 lots, one out.lot, two 60' wide private roads, <br />drainage easements, 10' wide easement alonq County <br />Road #6, a wetlands conservation east -meet. and a 31' <br />street dedication adjacent to Dakota Avenue along <br />the west boundary of the property.
