Indication and legal description of flowage and conservation easements <br />over wetlands <br />4. Determination of extent of use per —fitted on private 10 ft. lake <br />access easements along lot lines of Lots 7 and 16. (Easements not <br />indicated on plat and no evidence of legal description i agreement <br />relating to these easements have been submitted for Plan.ing <br />Commission review.) <br />5. Potential expansion of use of said lakeshore access easements <br />6. Boat docks - (location - size - number of slips and boats - setbacks <br />and use rights). <br />7. Lack of association bylaws and agreements. <br />The Planning Commission instructed the developer provide data and <br />documentation for review by the City Attorney, Engineer and staff so <br />reports relative to the sensative issues could be prepared for review <br />by the Planning Commission before any action is taken.
