RIDER TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT (Continued) <br />C. In the event (1) Purchaser fails to submit building <br />plans and specifications within 1 year from the notice <br />date, or (2) Purchaser's plans and specifications are <br />rejected by the design committee and Purchaser does not <br />obtain design committee approval for revised plans re- <br />submitted to the design committee within 60 days of the <br />date said plans and specifications were initially re- <br />jectod, jr (3) Purchaser fails to commence construction <br />on his house within 6 months after the date of the approval <br />of the same by the design committee (or 6 months after <br />the completion by Seller of road work and notification <br />to Purchaser of that fact, whichever last occurs), or <br />(4) Purchaser desires to sell said premises to a bona <br />fide buyer before Purchaser constructs Purchaser's house <br />thereon in accordance herewith, and Purchaser gives written <br />notice thereof, then, in each such event, Seller shall have <br />the right, by giving written notice of the same to Purchaser <br />within 10 business days of the event described under sections <br />(1), (2), (3), or (4) of this sentence, to repurchase <br />said premises for the same price as Purchaser has paid <br />hereunder. Seiler shall inform Purchaser in Seller's <br />notice under the preceding sentence as to the time and <br />place of closing on Seller's repurchase hereunder, which <br />shall be within 30 days of the date of Seller's notice <br />to Purchaser as aforesaid. On the date of closing for the <br />repurchase of said premises, Purchaser shall convey title <br />to same by warranty deed in proper recordable form, and <br />Seller shall pay Purchaser the purchase price therefor in <br />cash. <br />
