Seller has made the continy-nt sale herein to Purchaser on Purchaser'. <br />express representation that Purchaser is buying the lot hereunder <br />solely for the purpose of constructing a house thereon for Pur- <br />chaser's personal use. Purchaser further represents to Seller <br />that Purchaser has fully familiarized himself with the Declaration <br />of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements, copy of which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit <br />C. In particular, Purchaser represents that lie has reviewed and <br />understands Article VII of said Jeclaration, "Building Design <br />Approval". <br />A. Purchaser undertakes to submit for written approval by the <br />design committee in th•, manner specified in said Article <br />VII (herein "design committee"), Purchaser's building plans <br />and specifications for Purchaser's house within 1 year from <br />the notice date. Purchaser undertakes to commence construc- <br />tion on his house within 6 months after final approval by <br />the design committee, provided that by such date (which is <br />6 months after the approval of the design committee), Seller <br />has rough graded and graveled either North Farm Road or West <br />Farm Ruad (as the case may be) providing access to said <br />premises. In the event Seller as not completed the road <br />work described in the preceding sentence 6 months after the <br />date of approval by the design committee, Purchaser shall <br />have 6 months from the date Seller (a) has so completed <br />said road work, and (b) has notified Purchaser of such fact <br />in writinfl, to commence such construction. <br />B. In the event Purchaser's plans and specifications are <br />rejected by the design committee, Purchaser shall have 60 <br />days from the date Purchaser is notified that said plans and <br />specifications were rejected, to modify and resubmit the same. <br />-4- <br />
