RIDER TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT (Continued) <br />D. In the event one of the events described in <br />the preceding paragraph C occurs and Seller <br />does not exercise Seller's right of repurchase <br />thereunder, Purchaser shall be free to sell <br />said premises to any other buyer, subject, how- <br />ever, to the provisions of said Article VII <br />(which require such buyer in turn to obtain <br />approval of the design committee prior to the <br />construction of a house thereon.) <br />E. Each of the provisions of this Article IV shall <br />survive the closing hereunder, and bind Purchaser, <br />his heirs, succes.iors and assigns. <br />V. Purchaser is paying S _ as the purchase <br />price herein, in the following manner: <br />A. S down payment on the date of <br />execution of this agreement; <br />.3. $ additional down payment within <br />10 days of the Notice Date; <br />C. $ balance of the purchase price <br />hereunder on or before days from the <br />Notice Date. The date of payment of the balance <br />of the purchase price hereunder shall be the date <br />of closing. on the date of closing, Purchaser <br />shall pay interest on the balance of the purchase <br />price hereunder at the rate of __% per annum, <br />commencing as of the Notice Date. <br />Purchaser, at the time of payment of the then balance owed <br />hereunder, shall deposit with Seller S _ to cover <br />Seller's costs in repairing the roads damaged during the <br />construction of Purchaser's house.
