Kallestad <br />Dear Mr. Muhich: <br />Per our telephone conversation on Friday morning, I <br />have prepared a Deed of Easement which Mr. and Mrs. Kallestad <br />have signed and delivered to you for review and approval. <br />I understand that Mrs. Kallestad has delivered an <br />executed original to you today, however, I am attaching a photocopy <br />for your reference as well. <br />Our intention is to provide the Easement for the purposes <br />you stated over the North 10 feet of the present Kallestad property. <br />The legal description which I used was obtained from Mr. Gordon Coffin, <br />the surveyor. <br />I trust the instrument will be sufficient to permit the <br />Kallestads' matter to fie placed on the next meeting agendas for <br />approval. If the general form and intent is satisfactory, but you <br />wish some changes to be made, will you please advise me so that we <br />may prepare a replacement instrument accordingly.
