DEED OF EASEMENT <br />TttIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this �ry day of <br />May, 1977, by and between JAMES H. KALLESTAD and ELIZABETH <br />ANN KALLESTAD, husband and wife, of the County of Hennepin, <br />and State of Minnesota, Grantors, and the CITY OF ORONO, a <br />municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Min- <br />nesota, Grantee: <br />WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of the sum <br />of One ($1.00) Dollar and for other good and valuable con- <br />sideration given by Grantee, the receipt of which is <br />acknowledged by Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />and convey to Grantee its successors and assigns, an ease- <br />ment for ingress, egress, access, road and utilities purp- <br />oses and uses, on, across and under the land in the County <br />of Hennepin and State of Minnesota described as follows: <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the North- <br />east Quarter of Section 3, Township 117 North, <br />Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian <br />described as follows: <br />Carmencing at the Northwest corner of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />thence South along the West line of said North- <br />west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance <br />of 460.8 feet ) the point of beginning of said <br />property said ,aint being also the point of be- <br />ginning of a line hereinafter referred to as <br />"Line A" thence deflecting left 1130 10" a dis- <br />tance of 181.05 feet along said "Line A" thence <br />deflecting right 230 10" a distance of 192.25 <br />feet along said"Line A" thence deflecting right <br />380 59" a distance of 60.36 feet along said <br />"Line A", and said "Line A" there ending, <br />thence South parallel with said West line to <br />an intersection with a line drawn parallel with <br />and 10 feet Southerly, measured at right angles, <br />from said "Line A" thence Northwesterly, Wester- <br />ly, and Southwesterly along said parallel line <br />to its intersection: with said West line thence <br />North along said West line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto said Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns, permanently. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantors have hereunto set their <br />hands on the day and year fLrst above written. <br />_/ <br />�?, " _ ate. / /- - 7z <br />EI BETH ANN KALLESTAD <br />
