§ 11. 0 <br />39. "Plat" -The map or plan of a subdivision <br />showjng the property boundaries, layout, dimensions and legal <br />descriptions of all lots, blocks, and rights-of-way. <br />40. "Plat, Final" -The plat of the subdivision <br />which includes all information required by Minnesota Statutes and <br />this Chapter, which plat will be recorded with the Office of the <br />Hennepin County Recorder. <br />41. "Plat, Preliminary" -The proposed plat showing <br />all information required by this Chapter. <br />42. "Platting Authority" -The Council of the City <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.358. <br />43. "Property Line" -The boundary lines enclosing a <br />lot, parcel or tract of land. Regardless of the legal description, <br />the property line to be used for purposes of compliance with the <br />Zoning Chapter of the City Code and this Chapter shall be the <br />ordinary high water mark of any lakeshore, the edge of the right- <br />of-way, the edge of any public or private roadway, or the edge of <br />an adjacent lot or outlot. <br />44. "Public Hearing" -A hearing to be held by thr <br />· Planning Commission to allow for public review and input relatin~ <br />to the proposed subdivision pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.358. <br />45. "Public Information Hearing" -Discretionary <br />hearing to be held by the Planning Commission or the Council to <br />allow for public review and input relating to the proposed <br />subdivision. <br />46. "Registered Engineer" -An engineer properly <br />licensed and registered in the State of Minnesota. <br />-47. "Registered Land Surveyor" -A land surveyor <br />properly licensed and registered in the State of Minnesota. <br />48. "Resubd iv is ion" -A change in a recorded final <br />plat if such change affects any street layout on such plat, or any <br />lot line. <br />49. "Right-of-Way" -A strip of land occupied or <br />intended to be occupied by an alley, street, crosswalk, railroad, <br />public or private roadway or easement, electric transmission line, <br />oil or gas pipeline, water main, sanitary or storm sewer main, or <br />for another special use. <br />5 O • "Ro ad way" -Any st re e t , h i g h way , road , 1 an e , <br />way, trail, or any other area used for vehicular traffic. <br />51.
