§ 11.07 <br />C. The word "used" or "occupied" as applied to any <br />land or building shall be construed to include the words <br />"inte11ded", arranged, or designed to be used or occupied". <br />Subd. 2. Definitions. As used in this Chapter: <br />1. "Alley" -A public or private right-of-way <br />primarily designed to serve as secondary access to the side or rear <br />of those lots whose principal frontage is on some other street. <br />2. "Applicant" -Any subdivider or his agent. <br />3. "Block" -A tract of land bounded by streets, or <br />by a combination of streets and public parks, cemeteries, rights- <br />of-way, exterior boundaries of the subdivision, shorelines of <br />waterways, outlets or boundary lines of municipalities. <br />4. "Bond" -Any form of security including, surety <br />bond, warranty bond, penalty bond, collateral, property, or <br />instrument of credit acceptable to the City. <br />5. "Building" -Any structure or any part thereof <br />built for the support, shelter or enclosure of persons, animals, <br />chattels or movable property of any kind. <br />6. "Building Site Line" -A line on the prelim- <br />inary plat which delineates the dry buildable land of any lot upon <br />which a structure may be constructed, which land meets all of the <br />setback requirements of the Zoning Chapter of the City Code. <br />7. "City Attorney" <br />designated by the City to furnish <br />administration of this Chapter. <br />-The <br />legal <br />licensed attorney <br />assistance for the <br />8. "City Engineer" -The licensed engineer <br />designated by .the City to furnish engineering assistance for the <br />administration of this Chapter. <br />9. "Comprehensive Municipal Plan" -A compilation <br />of policy statements, goals, standards, and maps and recommenda- <br />tions for their execution, prepared and adopted by the City for <br />guiding the physical, social and economic development, both private <br />and public, of the City and its environs and to protect the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and may include, but is not limited to, <br />the following: <br />a. Statements of policies, -goals and <br />standards. <br />~ b. "Land Use Plan" which means a combination <br />of policy statements, goals, standards, and maps and action <br />programs for guiding the future development of private and public <br />property.
