Applicants or applicants' contractor to obtain a building permit for installation of <br />the studio apartment within the upper level of the oversized accessory structure. <br />2. Until the issue of sewer is resolved to the property, the existing septic systems <br />shall be checked every two months to ensure there is no failure. Until the matter <br />of sewer is resolved should the systems fail, the City may have to ask all use or <br />partial use of the bedrooms within the accessory structure be curtailed until the <br />structure is served by a satisfactory sewage disposal system. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed at the City Council September 11, 1995, <br />meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />Please contact Jeanne Mabusth if you have any further questions concerning the review of your <br />application. <br />ch
