#760 William Ulrich <br />1535 Bohns Point Rd <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Page 2 <br />Engineer's Report <br />Please review the engineer's report dated August 5, 1983. His <br />only condition for approval is that the plans must be signed <br />by an engineer registered in the State of Minnesota. This <br />request need not hold up any action by the Planning Commission - <br />if approved by Planninq Commission your recommendation would ask <br />that work could not begin until the plaris are signed by a <br />registered engineer. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve a conditional use permit for William Ulrich for the <br />installation of a seawall along the lagoon area of his property <br />and 20' of Gerard Blohorn's property subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1 - Need to face seawall with natural stone rip rap - <br />Planning Commission may recommend against this <br />condition as this is based on overall visual effect <br />of seawall on mainlake and lagoon is in a secluded, <br />protected area. <br />2 - Proposed pathway along edge of seawall must be pervious <br />to water and made of a natural material. <br />3 - Prior to applicant obtaining a building permit for <br />seawall construction, he must submit plans signe9 by <br />a licensed registered engineer. <br />4 - Applicant must obtain a permit frotr the M.C.W.D. for <br />installation of seawall. <br />
