The second step of the process involved the question of reconciling the <br />amount of funding requested with the ;551,i-i5 available for reallocation. <br />Throughout the process the Cowl ttee referenced the written funding request <br />to review the project to determine to what extent the requested funds <br />leveraged additional resources would complete an activity currently in <br />process, and to what extent the request would benefit low/moderate income <br />persons. lit was the concern for low/moderate income benefit which lead to <br />the Robbinsdale/New Hope clause in Committee resolution). <br />Based on this process, the Committee unanimously adopted the accompanying <br />resolution recommending to the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners a <br />schedul._ for reallocation of the Countywide Discretionary account balance of <br />$551,7�5. <br />
