'Dote - <br />June 30, 1969, property was assessed for residence. <br />Evidently, platted as residential site and not as an <br />o t1of. <br />COUNCIL MELTING - September 12, 1977 <br />Tabled for 30 days by request of applicant's and objector's attorneys and City Staff <br />and Attorney for time to review briefs. <br />0 COMIL MEETING - October 11, 10,77 <br />Mr. Rice, attorney for Mr. Becker, requested continuance. Mr. Swenson, attorney <br />for Mr. Rhode, agreed to make last input this meeting. Council will review tonight <br />and lay over discussion and vote among Council only until next meeting of October <br />24, 1977. Staff to present staff views and reviews for Council. <br />COUNCIL METING - October 24, 1977 <br />Council approved variance for new houses on several actions: <br />(1) Determined lot was serviced and assessed for sewer, was of sufficient area, had <br />previously been occupied with a house and therefore is buildable for a new residence. <br />(2) Determined that the existing carriage fuse exceeds the allowable area for accessory <br />buildings, adds to the hardcover of the lot, does not meet the front setback and <br />therefore must be removed prior to any new construction on the lot. <br />(3) Determined the location of the new house shall '.)e as shown on attached Exhibit A; <br />minimum side yard setback, 10 ft.; centroid of the area of the house to he on the <br />sight line setback line A -A; maximum lakeward projection to be no farther than <br />line R-B. <br />(4) Determined that the Council would upon application issue a license for a joint use <br />dock for 3 slips to be assigned by name to Rhode, Hannah and Stewart, and to be <br />renewable each year. <br />Council directed staff (B12fl to prepare a revised resolution incorporating the above <br />decisions for final adoption at the next meeting. <br />
