The !-iarlsings on this print are identical to t;le <br />drawing made at the nctober 24, 1977 Council meeting. Frovision is made for signa- <br />tures of Mr. Miode and the City. <br />Exhibit A sets forth the parameters within iiiich a no.; residence may be constricted <br />according to the variances authorized by resolution. The centroid of the square <br />footage of the Rhode home can be no closer to the lake than line A -A, the sight line <br />drawn between the corners closest to the lake of the adjacent Becl:er and Lauer hones. <br />The closest projection of the Rhode house or deck to the lake may not extend 'beyond <br />line C-C, the average line betwren line A -A (above) and line P.-B, tl,e co-Mn 7S foot <br />lakeshore setback line. <br />
