Chairman Hannah aru-iouvuced that <br />this mattL'r wound be held in abeyanc- until later in <br />the meeting for more discussion. <br />Applicant was not present. Planning Corunission deferred <br />this matter until later in the meeting tifien the applicant <br />would he present. <br />Mr. Iloerfler was present. Ile is requesting a lot area <br />variance for the combination of Lots 8, 9, and 10 as one <br />building site. The Zoning Administt-itor informed the <br />Commission that the County is concerned about the access <br />for %trs. Lucille Olson wtro lives on North Shore Drive. <br />e County suggested changing the access for this horse <br />_o go to Tonka View. Her only other access or„o North <br />Shore Drive would be hazardous became of the blind <br />curve on 019. Mrs. Olson has been using an illegal <br />access through Lot 6. ltiaconia fiorrs owns Lots 1-S <br />and are also interested in hots 6 and 7. <br />The Planning Conriission indicated their objection to <br />the request as the proposal would result in another <br />extremely substandard site on Lots 6 and 7. The <br />Planning .:ommission suggested that the applicant <br />atterrTt to purchase lots 6 and 7 to combine with <br />lots 8, 9, and 10 as only one building site. hots <br />6 and 7 would he tax forfeited sometime in .hire.
