Rogers, f a variance cn lot size for Tr--ct G, <br />Registered Land Surve1 No. 269. <br />By denying this variance, thus establishing the property as <br />not buildable, and by wa*,.ving the existing sewer unit charge <br />in the amount of approximately $3,800, I plan to purchase <br />the p-operty from Mr. Rogers and combine it with -^y adjacent <br />lot. <br />While the combination of both properties will still be less <br />than one acre, it will provide me with so•-e level land on <br />which I may construct a garage. <br />I hope this matter may be addressed at the August 9, 1976, <br />City Council Meeting. I will plan 'Lo be in attendance.
