Hczwever, <br />they voiced their objection to a review board. It is <br />their feeling that any decisions made by the Zoning MUUn- <br />istrator should then go to Coimcil, or if appealed, to the <br />Plaming Commission. The Co„onission also felt that it <br />would not be necessary to be notified of any variances <br />acted upon by the Zoning A(tninistrator. <br />M--omah moved, Dunlap seconded, to reco�rc,.end that the <br />Toning Administrator be able to act upon items in A & B <br />but that the it(ns �coiild then go to Council for final <br />action; the review board be excluded; notation on the <br />application that if denied by the Zoning Administrator <br />the applicant be advised of theiv right to appear before <br />the Planning Cou ni s s ion <br />Motion - Ayes (7), M:ays (0). <br />The Planning Cormission revici,ed the applications 1)efore <br />them. However, the geiieral feeling of the <br />Ccmnission is that there is sufficient real estate <br />representation at this time.
