Mrs. Olson has been using an illegal <br />access through Lot 6. W'aconia Homes owns Lots 1-5 <br />and are also interested in Lots 6 and 7. <br />The Planning Commission indicated their objection to <br />the request as the proposal would result in another <br />extremely substandard site on Lots 6 and 7. The <br />Planning Commission suggested that the applicant <br />attempt to purchase lots 6 and 7 to combine with <br />lo's 6, 9, and 10 as only one building site. Lots <br />6 and 7 would be tax forfeited sometime in Jime.
