MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING FIELD MARCH 30, 1987 <br />SMITH'S BAY YACHT CLUB CONTINUED <br />Councilmember SimF- stated that some residents are <br />concerned with the proposed use(s) and multi. -ownership. <br />Fie felt this must be addressed and resolved at the next <br />review. <br />Councilmember Cal_ 'ian questioned the City's control <br />over the 13-2 zoning area and would like this issue <br />addressed. <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENT* <br />REZONING RR-1A TO LR-lA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 33 SECOND SERIES <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded <br />Councilmember Goetten, to adopt Ordinance No. 33 Ser:.�nd <br />Series to amend the Municipal Zoning Code of Or^_,o by <br />redescribing the legal description of certain properties <br />within the RR-lA and Lk-lA Zoning Districts of tte City. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#1108 JAMES E. McGOWAN <br />3175 JA1ESTOWN ROAD <br />PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION #2145 <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that at the <br />last meeting, Council considered and approved a <br />subdivision on Jamestown Road. At that meeting, <br />Councilmember Goetten brought up the fact that the <br />existing barn required a setback variance which Council <br />approved. Since that time, applicant has rearranged the <br />lot line so the variance for the barn is not needed. <br />Staff finds no problem with the rearranged lot line. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by Mayor <br />Grabek, to approve the proposed lot line rearrangement <br />and amend Resolution i2.145 to reflect this change. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT: <br />CRYSTAL BAY SEWER PROJECT - <br />PROJECT CLOSE OUT <br />City Engineer Cook requested that the Crystal Day <br />Sanitary Sewer Project Se finaled out and payment be <br />made. He recommendea that $1,500 be withheld from final <br />payment until restoration and warranty items are <br />completed to satisfaction. He reviewed the suvmary of <br />costs for the project. <br />Councilmember Goetten questioned whether $1.`00 would <br />cover the amount of work to be finished. <br />9 <br />
