A Resolution for final plat <br />approval is attached. <br />Note one change: applicants have requested to use the <br />existing paved driveway as a temporary construction road. The <br />driveway is .n good condition and is suitable for use as a <br />temporary road during the initial stages of construction on the 3 <br />vacant lots. The permanent plat road will be required to be <br />completed no later than September 30, 1988 (subject to Standard <br />Letter of Credit per Developers 4greement) <br />
