City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1. Lots 1 and 2 shall share a single driveway access to County Aoad <br />151 located over the existing driveway. <br />2. At such time that Highview Lane becomes a developed City road, Lot <br />2 wi. 11 be required to gain access f rorn Highview Lane. <br />3. The aforesaid plat stall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before October 13, 1987 <br />together with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies of the easement documents noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br />necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision <br />review. <br />Dated this 13th day of April, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
