NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br />SEC. 4.20. NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE REQUIRED. <br />It is unlawful for any person to sell, keep, or offer for sale, <br />any non-intoxic-,`.ing malt liquor without a license therefor from <br />the City. This S?ction shall not apply to sales by manufacturers <br />to wholesalers or to sales by wholesalers to persons holding off - <br />sale non -intoxicating malt liquor licenses from the City. <br />SEC. 4.21. TEMPORARY NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE. <br />Subd. 1. Applicant. A club or charitable, religious, <br />or non-profit organization, duly incorporated as a non-profit or <br />religious corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />and the City, shall qualify :or a temporary on -sale non - <br />intoxicating malt liquor license, for serving non -intoxicating <br />malt liquor. Licenses may be issued for serving, in addition to <br />other premises, cn and off school grounds, and in and out of <br />school buildings. <br />Subd. 2. Conditions. <br />A. An application for a temporary license shall <br />state the exact dates and place of proposed temporary sale. <br />B. No applicant shall qualify for a temporary <br />license or more than a total of seven (7) days in any calendar <br />year. <br />C. The Council may, but an no time sha11 it be <br />under any obligation whatsoever to, grant a temporary non - <br />intoxicating malt liquor license on prcmises owned or controlled <br />by the City. Any such license may Le condi tionec', qualified or <br />restricted as the Council sees fit. If the premises to be <br />licensed are owned or under the control of the City, the <br />applicant shall file with the City, prior to issuance of the <br />license, a certificate of liability insurance coverage in at <br />least the sum of $300,000.00 for injury to any one person and <br />$500,000.00 for injury to more than ona person, naming the City <br />as an insured during the license period. <br />SEC. 4.22. NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS. <br />Subd. 1. No gambling or gambling device shall be <br />permitted on any licensed premier, except such as are licensed <br />under the City Code. <br />
