§4.17 <br />Subd. 13. Person under the State established legal <br />drinking age to be in or upon licensed intoxicating liquor <br />premises except a restaurant, hotel or motel, and then only if <br />accompanied by at least one of his parents or his guardian; and <br />it is unlawful for the licensee to permit such person to remain <br />upon licensed premises. <br />Subd. 14. Licensee to sell or serve intoxicating liquor <br />or non -intoxicating liquor to any person who is obviously <br />intoxicated. <br />Subd. 15. Licensee to sell or serve intoxicating liquor <br />to any person under the State established legal drinking age. <br />Subd. 16. Person to furnish, purchase or procure <br />intoxicating liquor for a person under the State established <br />legal drinking aqe. <br />Subd. 17. Person under the State established legal <br />drinking age to purchase intoxicating liquor, or procure another <br />to purchase intoxicating liquor for him. <br />Subd. 16. Licensee to sell wine except in conjunction <br />with the sale of food. <br />
