Subd. 2. No lic ee shall, during the effective period <br />of such license, be the owner or holder of a Federal retail liquor <br />dealer's tax stamp for the sale of intoxicating liquor, unless such <br />owner or holder also holds a liquor license from the City, and <br />ownership or holding thereof shall be grounds for immediate <br />revocation, without a hearing. <br />Subd. 3. No license shall be granted to a wholesaler or <br />manufacturer of beer or to anyone holding a financial interest in <br />such manufacture or wholesaling. <br />Subd. 4. No person who has not attained the age of <br />nineteen (19) } ears shall be employed to sell or serve beer in any <br />on -sale establishment. <br />Subd. 5. Every license shall be granted subject to the <br />provisions of this Chapter and all other applicable provisions of <br />the City Cod, and other laws relating to the operation of <br />licensee's business. <br />Subd. 6. On -sale licenses shall be granted only to drug <br />stores, restaurants, hotels and bona fide clubs. <br />Subd. 7. Any person who sells non -intoxicating malt <br />liquor while holding or exhibiting in his place of business a <br />federal retail liquor dealer special tax stamp without having a <br />intoxicating license shall be 3uilty of a misdemeanor. <br />SEC. 4.23. HOURi; AND DAYS OF NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br />SALES. No sale of non -intoxicating malt liquor shall be made <br />between the hours of 1:00 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock A.M. on <br />any weekday, Monday through Saturday, inclusive. Neither shall <br />any sale be made on any Sunday between the hours of 1:00 o'clock <br />A.M. and 12:00 o'c"_ock noon. <br />SEC. 4.24. UNLAWFUL ACTS (NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR). <br />For the purpose of this Section, refer to Section 4.1.7. <br />
