SEC. 4.11. LICENSE CONDITION AND UNLAWFUL ACT. <br />Subd. 1. All. premises licensed under this Chapter shall <br />at all times be open to inspection by any police officer. or other <br />individuals with enforcement powers to determine whether or not <br />this Chapter and all other laws are being observed. All persons, <br />as a condition to being issued such license, consent to such <br />inspection by the licensee shall be a condition of each license <br />granted. Police officers or other individuals with enforcement <br />powers shall not need a search warrant for such inspections. <br />Subd. 2. It is unlawful for any licensee, or agent or <br />employee of a licensee, to hinder or prevent a police officer or <br />other individuals with enforcement powers from making such <br />inspection. <br />
