MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, April 22, 2002 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(Park Commission Comments, Continued) <br />Ilse stated the drinking fountain and concrete pad for the portable restroom for the Navarre Park and <br />sidewalk in this area should be installed this year. JOHNSON, 650, 660, 670 <br />AND 680 BIG ISLAND -SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4794 <br />Flint moved, White seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4794, a Resolution <br />Approving a Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement for Properties Located at / <br />650, 660, 670 and 680 B~:~~AyesA~~Nays.Oh .. v=~~=•-·-~•vT~--,4•.~ .. ••·•=-v••--•-P _ j - <br />(#4) #02-2740 JEFFRY AND NANCY TWIDWELL, 1865 CONCORDIA STREET - <br />VARIANCES -RESOLUTION NO. 4792 <br />Nancy Twidwell, Applicant, and Jeff Switzer, Architect, were present. <br />Gaffron stated this was on the April 8th Council meeting where the Council approved the hardcover <br />vanance. <br />Gaffron noted there is a typographical error in the resolution, with some changes needing to be made on <br />the resolution. Gaffron indicated the final width of the driveway would be 14 feet. Gaffron stated there is <br />a revised version of the resolution before the Council, noting that the resolution was revised to reflect that <br />120 square feet of deck strncture would be removed, leaving 132 square feet of stairway in the 0-75' <br />setback. <br />Gaffron stated condition number three was added to the resolution relating to the maple trees, which <br />requires that if any one of the trees dies within the first five years of this project that the tree be replaced. <br />Gaffron indicated this condition was added because the trees were claimed to be a hardship. <br />PAGE2
