The required survey and hardcover calculation <br />information was received on October 22, 2009 . Therefore the application for property located at <br />650 Big Island is now complete . <br />Please . see the enclosed comments from the City Engineer regarding your submitted <br />information. The information requested in comment number one should be provided or <br />addressed prior to the January Planning Commission date noted below. <br />Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, <br />January 19, 2010 . The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Please make sure that you or your <br />representative is available to attend the meeting. You will be mailed a staff report regarding <br />your application prior to the meeting date. <br />The City hereby notifies you that it is extending the time period for City action under Minn. Stat. <br />§ 15.99, subd . 3(f). The initial 60-day period would end on December 21 , 2009. The time <br />period is hereby extended until February 19 , 2010 .
