I had noticed that the rip-rap was <br />labeled retaining wall, glad you noticed that. <br />In determining the location of the 75 foot line, this line is used to determine the amount of hardcover. Hardcover is <br />regulated as a percentage, so we would want the Oto 75 foot zone to be as small as possible to reflect the "worst case". <br />Of course this is complicated by the fact that the corner of the house is in the Oto 75 zone in an area where the OHW <br />makes one of those shallow dips. <br />When you label the rip-rap, note any part that extends higher than 933.5 or the top of the bank (whichever is lower), as <br />the part below this point is not considered hardcover while the part above is .
