The homestead I ot abuts the <br />out lot along its east boundard as required. Another concern was the <br />driveway and the effect it would have on the drainage in the area. <br />He stated the applicant proposes reducing the height of the drive <br />and adding a retaining wal I which wi 11 actual improve the drainage <br />situation in the area.
