Pegelow <br />12215 45th Avenue N. <br />Plymouth, MN 55442 <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Conditional Use Permit/Variances <br />DATE OF MEETING: December 14, 1992 VOTE: 5 For O Against <br />COUNCIL ACTION -MOTION: <br />The Council conceptually voted approval of the above referenced <br />conditional use permits and variance applications that would allow the <br />reconstruction of new seasonal dwellings on proposed Lots 1 and 2. <br />Approval resolutions will be drafted for the future meeting at which time <br />the final subdivision will be approved by Council. Staff must ask that <br />with the submittal of the final subdivision information that applicant also <br />provide a date for the razing of the seasonal cabin on proposed Lot 2. <br />Copies of the approval resolution will be sent to applicant before the <br />meeting.
