Department of Natural Resources has agreed that should a public <br />access be established by Hennepin Parks in the southwest corner <br />that they would then donate their Kings Point access to the City <br />of Minnetrista to do as the City chooses. As additional <br />information becomes available the Council will be kept abreast of <br />the developments. <br />CHAPMAN EASEMENT - The City Attorney has transmitted to the <br />attorney for LaTendre indicating that the City did not find their <br />proposal for a 30 year lease of that easement in exchange for its <br />extinguishment as acceptable and is waiting for a counter offer <br />from those people. <br />NADEAU SEPTIC 2B55 WEBBER HILLS ROAD - As a result of the <br />moderate weethei piror to Thanksgiving, the ground thawed to <br />allow for installation of a mound system.
