Carter DeLaittre
Re: Samuel Mccloud -Division of Land for Tax Purposes
June 3, 1991
While staff would suggest to the Planning Commission that resolution
of the subdivision issue is a separate matter from the variance request, I
cannot guarantee that they wil 1 make a recommendation on the subdivision
until the variance issues are resolved. As you may recall from the
Planning Commission tabling in March 1991, applicant was to work with staff
to formulate a proposal for acceptable revisions to the deck/wall/stair
structure for Planning Commission review. While the Building Inspector has
been working with Minnetonka Design in dealing with the building permit for
the cabin, we have had no contact regarding a redesign of the wall system.
I hope this memo clarifies the procedural steps for completion and
processing of your subdivision application. I will be happy to meet with
you to discuss the deck redesign issues. Please contact me at 473-7357 if
you have further questions.
MPG/tln
Enclosures
cc: Samuel Mccloud
:;;z;o¥
Michael P.
