Mccloud -Division of Land for Tax Purposes <br />Dear Mr. DeLaittre: <br />I am now in receipt of signed application forms for the above <br />referenced tax division, from all three of the affected property owners. <br />In reviewing this matter with Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, we <br />have concluded that we must treat the application as a new request. Per <br />Municipal Code Section 11.10, Subdivision 15, the applicants had one year <br />after the March 18, 1985 Planning Commission approval to file a final <br />subdivision application. The requirements for such an application were <br />enumerated in the staff notice of Planning Commission action dated 3/20/85 <br />and included submittal of survey signed by all the affected property <br />owners, as well as two copies of the survey at a scale of 1"=200' for City <br />and County records. Obviously, because Jay Smedberg would not sign the <br />request, the final subdivision approval application could not be made. <br />As a result of this determination, we must require that the $250.00 <br />subdivision application fee be submitted, along with a new certified list <br />of property owners within 350 feet of the property boundaries (obtain from <br />Hennepin County Department of Finances, 348-3271). This application will <br />have to go as a public hearing before the Planning Commission, which will <br />be scheduled for July 15, 1991 if your fees and list are in by noon on <br />Friday, June 21st. <br />TELEPHONE-473-7357 • FAX-473-0510
