LYNCH <br />*ALSO ADMITTED IN CALIFORNIA <br />Enclosed herewith with respect to the above-referenced <br />matter is the application for division of land for tax purposes <br />which has been signed by Fred Bruntjen on behalf of Big Island <br />Properties. <br />I would appreciate it if you would contact me upon your <br />receipt of this letter and advise me whether or not Mr. Mccloud <br />will have to go before the Planning Commission as merely a <br />formality or if this matter can go directly before the City <br />Council for approval.
