Culvert sized at 24" - MCWD permit process to confirm <br />adequacy of culvert sizing. <br />E. Outside Play Area (50 s.f. per student) <br />Student level is proposed at 67 - plans confirm 4,492 s.f. <br />of fenced outside play area - this would satisfy required area of <br />3,350 s.f. (50 x 67). Gates have been placed to the front of the <br />building on each side of the building as requested. <br />F. Building Elevations <br />Exterior building materials are shown to be wood shakes, <br />cedar lap siding and brick facing. Foundation will be of <br />concrete blocks. <br />G. Site Plan <br />The applicant has submitt--d a second site plan for this <br />review - Planning Commission has recommended approval of the site <br />plan dated 9/10/86, Exhibit I (1), that designates a fire lane <br />along the fro: of the building with parking stalls realigned <br />along the north and east sides of the parking lot. Fire lane <br />signs to be posted at front corners (north/south) of building. <br />Applicant must designate appropriate designation of fire lane and <br />signage for revised site plan (Exhibit J (3). <br />H. Septic Review <br />Gaffron confirms preliminary review of test data would <br />permit the installation of a s-,hallow trench system. Gaffron will <br />reconfirm by making a test boring before approving final <br />installation. <br />I.
