SAC Units <br />Parameter: 14 Students = 1 SAC <br />67 Students/14 = 4.78 or 5 SAC Units <br />SAC units to be paid with building permit. <br />5 SAC Units x $475.00 = $2,375.00 <br />Staff recommendation to recommend approval of application <br />#1062 per Planning Commission recommendation as follows: <br />To recommend approval of the variances and conditional use <br />permit application and final site plans submitted by <br />Ingeborg Cici for a nursery school/day care center referred <br />to as Busy Beaver Day Care per plans dated 9/10/86 by <br />Pandeli Cici (consisting of Site Grading Plan, Floor Plan, <br />Elevations, and Tandscape Plan) and per survey by John V. <br />Chaffee dated 9/11/86 submitted since the Planning <br />Commission review, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Parking area for day care use must be relocated so <br />that a 50' setback is maintained from newly defined <br />right-of-way line. <br />2. Applicant to enter into a Developer's Agrecment and <br />post appropriate security to assure that the road, left <br />turn lane, landscaping and erosion control plan are <br />completed per approved plans. <br />3. State Highway Department access permit, quit claim <br />deed of 30 feet right-of-way, MCWD permit must be <br />submitted to City prior to issuance of building permit. <br />4. Per MCAR § 7.012 - Working plan drawings and <br />specifications for this project must be drawn by an <br />architect licensed by the State of Minnesota. <br />The attach%Ci resolution has been drafted per Planning <br />Commission recommendation and additional information submitted <br />since the Planning Commission's review. <br />
