Applicant to enter into a Developer's Agrecment and post appropriate security to assure that the road, left turn lane, landscaping and erosion control plan are completed per approved plans. 3. State Highway Department access permit, quit claim deed of 30 feet right-of-way, MCWD permit must be submitted to City prior to issuance of building permit. 4. Per MCAR § 7.012 - Working plan drawings and specifications for this project must be drawn by an architect licensed by the State of Minnesota.
