Zoning Files #1062 & #1077 <br />November 5, 1986 <br />Page 2 <br />Update on the Resolution of These issues: <br />A) Mr. Moen of the State Highway Department has advised <br />staff that the eastern access would be approved. The <br />applicant has had to reapply for a new permit because <br />of the access location change. The permit is in the <br />process of review - staff has checked with the Right -of -Way <br />Department and they have confirmed that rigs* -of -way width <br />from centerline is 70 feet not 100 feet as shown on survey. <br />The 30 feet of right-of-way will be quit claim deeded to the <br />Cicis. <br />B) The City Engineer has asked that the percentage of <br />grade proposed at the entrance be reduced to nc more <br />than 2% for the first 25 feet providing safe graduated <br />access to highway. The remaining grades beyond the <br />first 25 feet are acceptable. Cook is also concerned <br />that the matter of the State's right-of-way be resolved. <br />C) Corp of Engineers has approved revisions in access <br />review Exhibit J (1). Note wetlands will not be intersected <br />with road as proposed. <br />All outstanding items not resolved as of this review must be <br />resolved prior to the issuance of a building permit or any <br />preliminary land alterations proposed on site. The comprehensive <br />resolution approving this application has been drafted <br />accordingly. <br />2.
