On October 13, 1986, Council granted concepta 1 app A 1 of <br />the variance (#1077) to the Limited Development Ordin nce to <br />permit the construction of a day care center prior to completion <br />of the Highway 12 Planning Study. At that same meeting, Council <br />conceptually approved the access to the site proposed for <br />applicant subject to the following issues being resolved: <br />A) Permit from State Highway Department confirming new <br />access location and use of highway right-of-way for <br />private access drive. <br />B) City Engineer to review revised access location and <br />design specifications. <br />C) Corp of Engineers to approve revised road access <br />through eastern wetlands corridor. <br />
