Mueller S Sons, Inc., 831 Park Ave., Hamburg, Mn. 55339 <br />CHANGE ORDER NO: 3 <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK: <br />Contractor shall place 500 feet of 18" CMP (16 gauge) within the east ditch of Old <br />Crystal Bay Road south of Watertown Road. A flared end section with a trash guard and <br />six cubic yards of random rip rap Cl. 2, is to be placed at the entrance and exit of the <br />pipe. The pipe shall be covered by a minimum of 6" of material provided by the City but <br />graded by the contractor. A -MP access manhole with casting shall be placed along the <br />storm sewer route as staked he engineer.
