The east <br />ditch oL Old Crystal Bay Road south of Watertown Road presents hazard for <br />vehicles leaving the coad due to the depth of the ditch and the steepness of <br />its banks. <br />To rectify the situation, we recocw-e:.i .,A<zt an 18" corrugated metal storm <br />sewer pipe be placed and that fill b' placed to lessen the depth of the <br />ditch. This can be accomplished at a cost of $8,800.00 as presented in Change <br />Order No. 3.
