C'MMITTEE <br />Copies of a preliminary review on Lake Improvement District legis- <br />lation has been distributed. <br />A copy of Minnetrista's temporary injunction has been distributed KING'S <br />to the Board. The District's attorney will review the launching POINT <br />ramp issues involving the LMCD with the Minnetrista attorney. ACCESS <br />LMCD prosecuting attorney Lefler reported that the prepayment of PROSECUTION! <br />fines is beginning to generate income for the District; BWI fines <br />are somewhat higher than the other fines; the pursuit of ignored <br />tickets has been lax until now - unanswered citations will be <br />prosecuted; it would be benefi_ial if Court Services people were <br />informed about boat operation education for offenders. <br />Hurr Moved, Elam Seconded that the employment of Marilyn Kittock <br />as part time Bookkeeper/Clerk be confirmed at the probationary rate <br />of $6/hr.
